Position Overview:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Related Field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging with construction site stakeholders, main contractors, and consultants
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the construction industry in the UAE is a definite advantage
