Job Detail: Passenger Services Agent

We, for our client Aviation Services based in UAE, are hiring Passenger Services Agents. The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing customers with a high quality of service at check-in, boarding gates, transfer desk and any other designated areas in a timely, proactive & efficient keeping in mind safety and security guidelines.

Requirements 

Higher Secondary School or equivalent/ 12th Grade passed. Must be able to speak, read & write English & computer literate. Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role & able to work in 12 hrs shifts roster.
