We, for our client based Oman, are hiring a General Manager to develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits & identify profitable business opportunities, secure sound business deals, and lead business development associates.

 Skills & Knowledge

  • Depth knowledge of latest business trends and technology of the business
  • Developing and executing strategy
  • Developing short term business plan and monitor the performance
  • Develop and Execute Marketing plan
  • Excellent skills in communication and negotiation

Requirements 

  • MBA or equivalent in Marketing
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Leadership
  • Experience in the ICT industry is a must
  • Ability to communicate both in Arabic& English languages.
  • Minimum 10 years GG of experience as a Marketing Manager in the BPO industry.

Minimum 10 year’s experience in business development in BPO, CX, outsourcing, and ICT industry
